Bio

My key skills: Commercial & Growth - Financial & Risk Management - Transformation & Change - Accessibility Champion - Transport & Technology - Stakeholder Relationships & Governance

As an active campaigner for more accessible, inclusive and sustainable transport, I have researched, analysed and presented on the challenges and opportunities in this domain for years and regularly speak about this topic at events across the UK and internationally. I am also a senior marketer, with a 25-year career spanning various sectors and countries and serve as active board director and trustee for various organisations.

I am currently Director and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at SkedGo, a Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) technology company that provides software to enable more sustainable and inclusive mobility systems. In this role, I have gained deep UK and international commercial experience, working with public and private sector clients in B2G and B2B.

As a board trustee of the Research Institute for Disabled Consumers (RiDC) UK, I support the RiDC to fill a crucial gap in giving disabled and older user groups a much needed voice and influence in shaping how we live and work. I bring commercial acumen and governance expertise to the table, as well as professional expertise in transport technology and policy.

I am also the co-founder and trustee of the Women in Mobility UK network, which strives to enhance visibility of women across the sector and provides networking opportunities and educational events. In this role, I shape the development and growth of the organisation and engage with a variety of stakeholders in the mobility sector.

As an active contributor to the MaaS Alliance, the global industry body for Mobility-as-a-Service, I lead the ‘User-Centric MaaS’ activity, which aims to put the transport user at the centre of this mobility model. I run webinars and podcasts, interviewing a wide variety of stakeholders on how we can make our transport systems more inclusive for all user groups.

Technology - if used right - can bring many opportunities to improve the travel experience, especially for underserved and vulnerable communities. I continuously research the latest developments which support more accessible transport and have collaborated with the academic sector on living labs and publications in the past. As a transport user with lived experience of disability I am very passionate about this topic.

I hold a Certificate Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and have been voted as one of the ‘Most Influential Women in Mobility 2023’.
