The vision of a sustainable future drives me and I'm committed to applying my leadership, analytical and collaboration skills to help move towards the goals. As the head of the EMEA Multicultural Innovation lab at Morgan Stanley, I support women and ethnic minority founders with an aim to ultimately reduce the funding gap that these entrepreneurs often face. I am a student and practitioner in the emerging field of sustainable finance, working on topics such as sustainability strategy and regulations and climate scenario analysis which combine my expertise in analytics, stress testing and climate change. I am passionately committed to diversity and inclusion am a member of the Race to Action Group.
