Introduced a first of its kind in the Hospitality world - facial recognition based online check-in. Also, enriched customer profile with cumulative, observed and inferred data to help Jumeirah provide personalised services to their guest with the help of a robust Data Lake merging the internal, external and orthogonal data together. • Led Transformation Office at Emirates Group to define the new Business Models, Organisational Capabilities and Technology Platforms for the Digital enterprise. • As the Head of Innovation Lab at Emirates, built up an Innovation ecosystem by setting up Labs at Oxford – UK, Carnegie Mellon University – San Francisco and Emirates Headquarters – Dubai. In addition, setup the first travel incubator in the Middle East at DTEC, Dubai in collaboration with GE and Etisalat in an effort to crowdsource the best ideas to make travel simpler, better and more exciting. • Keynote speaker and panel member at several global event including the world’s largest developer conference – Intel’s IDF14 at Moscone Center, San Francisco, USA.
