I am a curious, dynamic and business-driven HR Leader. Having lived and worked abroad for 15 years (France, USA, UK, Spain and Germany) helped me develop a real multicultural sensitivity. Driving transformations and creating growth opportunities for individuals, teams and the business is what excites me the most. I have been demonstrated to be a creative outcome-focused business partner, inclusive colleague, and empowering manager. Authenticity and learning are my drivers; deepening my understanding and adoption of HR analytics to add more insights in my storytelling is currently my main area of development. In my diversified 13 years of corporate experiences in Human Resources and Project Management across the full product value-chain, I have been partnering with senior business leaders in guiding organizations through deep transformations and cultural changes (Organizational Design & Development, Change Management, Strategic Workforce Planning, Merger & Acquisition) while creating the environment for individuals to unleash their full potential (Employee Experience, Talent management & acquisition, Learning & Development, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion).
