Sara is a People Operations leader, builder, and operator currently on a mission to redefine mental and behavioral healthcare at SonderMind. Prior to joining SonderMind, Sara led and scaled the People Team and business functions at Kindbody which is focused on making family building & fertility care more accessible, convenient, and empowering for all genders, identities, and people. Prior to Kindbody, Sara was the VP of People Operations at Common, the nation's leading community-driven residential brand. Sara is passionate about growing companies and leading teams through various phases of growth. Sara has over 14 years of experience in people operations and employment law, including working at large global organizations. Most recently, responsible for helping start-ups scale through hyper-growth, Sara has built and run people teams across a broad sector of industries, including publishing, fashion and beauty, fitness, real estate tech, and health tech.
