Bio

Sara Walsh is a Payments Executive that currently leads the Network Performance Management Team for Bank of America. Sara and her team are responsible for card revenue and expense, compliance, debit routing, merchant/acquiring engagement and enterprise payment initiatives. Previously, Sara led Regulatory work teams responsible for Durbin and Dodd Frank legislation including enterprise compliance, implementation and adoption of these new regulations. As a seasoned payment executive, Sara has designed a series of purpose driven processes and solutions to maximize card processing, card revenue, routing optimization and expense arbitrage. An ally for LGBQT+ and Diversity and Inclusion, Sara is the Chair for the Enterprise Payments D&I council. Sara is a member of Women in Technology and Operations and a mentor for several Bank sponsored mentor/mentee programs.
