I am the Head of Sustainable Investing for American Century. My responsibilities include driving and executing the firm’s sustainable investing strategy and the management of its sustainable investing research platform and active ownership practices, in addition to leading the Sustainable Research (SR) and Investment Stewardship team. Our team serves as the center of Sustainable Research expertise for all the firm’s investment teams, responsible for implementing SR research and training, innovating SR assessment tools, managing the engagement and proxy voting protocol and driving sustainable investment initiatives and client solutions. My passion topics are Quality Jobs, DEI and Biodiversity and I am firm believer that sustainability and impact drive alpha.
