I have experience leading and growing SAAS B2B and B2B2C businesses including leadership over product strategy and roadmap, revenue growth and sales, marketing, customer success and operations. I am an inherently creative individual and am passionate about bringing new products to market. I lead using lean business principals and the fundamental pillars of innovation such as empowering teams and individuals, measuring and learning, a commitment to quantified value prop and crafting a clear market position with a story rooted in differentiated value. In recent years I've led a global digital identity verification business from inception to becoming a market leader - and through that became an expert in Digital Identity as well as passionate about the market opportunities a well formed digital ID ecosystem can solve for. Trust and identity are the foundation to continued expansion of digital user experiences across all verticals and there is tremendous transformation and innovation taking place. Data privacy and fraud are global problems and privacy preserving aspects in a well formed digital ID ecosystem is the future vision that solves for those. After creating a solid growth trajectory and market position for the ID verification business I exited to get experience more broadly in digital ID and to do that I started my own consultancy and had the opportunity to help with both strategy and execution for some major and innovative initiatives taking place for large businesses as well as innovative vendors entering the space with new solutions. I am now leading the next step in the transformation of digital identity at Mastercard where I am leading the team that is creating the ID Network which is a privacy preserving globally interoperable re-usable digital ID network. I am an experienced public and keynote speaker and I truly enjoy sharing my knowledge - I've spoken at Finovate, Money2020 US and EU, Mobile World Congress, Fintech Nexus US and LATAM and numerous other events globally
