I am an HR professional with experience in employee engagement, people listening, data analytics & insight, employer branding, organisation values and culture. I am a business leader with experience in customer service and operations management where I led health clinics and large contact centre teams for over 10 years. I am now responsible for the design and delivery of Bupa's employee engagement strategy for our 84,000 people. A critical part of my role is the creation of powerful and timely insights to drive focus and action on the things that matter.
