Bio

I am an experienced technical professional who has worked in two large financial and aerospace institutions. I have a background in engineering and have used the skills throughout my career! I am currently a Senior Manager, Conversation Design AI Development for the Virtual Assistant Design & Development team at RBC. I am responsible for designing and developing end-to-end natural conversational experiences for a virtual assistant we are building. I am passionate about human-centric design, technology transformation and continuous learning. I am an advocate for helping enable future conversational designers or conversational-driven developers learn about the field and develop the necessary skills needed to pursue a path in the conversational AI space.
