I am a member of the Data Privacy & Cybersecurity team at Godfrey & Kahn. I have obtained the CIPP/US, CIPP/E, and CIPM certifications from the International Association of Privacy Professionals. I focus on counseling clients on best practices for internal and external data privacy and security matters. I advise on privacy regulation compliance, including the General Data Protection Regulation and the California Consumer Privacy Act. Beyond preventative efforts, I also advise on data breach remediation and litigation, working with opposing counsels, forensics experts and government regulators to resolve security incidents promptly and efficiently. I also review and draft technology agreements for both service providers and end users.
