I am a dual (US and Spain) qualified and trained M&A and Venture Capital lawyer located in Madrid. Many of my clients are Spanish start-ups that want to internationalize or American funds or corporates that wish to invest in Spain. In these cross-border deals, I create bridges between the US and Spain to simplify the process and help my clients buy or sell quickly. I advise companies in the travel industry and worked during seven years on M&A and Venture Capital projects in Amadeus IT Group. I also advise other clients in other industries such as education, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, mobility, restaurants, etc. I am a member of the Madrid Bar Association and Illinois Bar Association and Co-Chair of the International M&A Joint Venture Committee of the American Bar Association.
