Founder & CEO of Crowd Funded Cures, a social enterprise whose mission is to use financial and contractual innovation to fund the development of new low-cost medical interventions using cost savings from interventional pharmacoeconomic (IVPE) clinical trials and pay-for-success (PFS) contracts. Consultant Legal Counsel and Patent & Trade Mark Attorney (NZ/AU), with 20+ years experience working with software and technology companies in the UK, EU, US, AU and NZ. I specialise in commercial contracts, trade marks, IP licensing, software development, SaaS, HR, data protection/GDPR compliance, & IT security, with an interest in Web3, AI, & Biotech. I advise several DeSci/DeFi projects including VitaDAO.com and Kuva.com. My masters thesis was on the topic of using financial and regulatory innovation to address market failures under the patent system for medicines.
