Sayma is a Senior energy leader with strong experienced Oil & Gas Upstream capabilities coupled with a current energy mix portfolio which includes renewables. Sayma’s technical and supervisory background in Reservoir, Drilling, Production Engineering and Asset Management allied with her MBA, positions her for Executive Management in the energy industry. Sayma has a proven track record and passion to deliver in projects which require organizational change and turn-around management. She has worked both technically and operationally, with an emphasis on supervisory and managerial roles in the UK and overseas for Maersk Oil, Petrofac, Woodside Energy and ConocoPhillips. Sayma has a passion for building relationships and developing opportunities which have a key fit for all partners. Sayma currently works as a Senior Vice President at bp, covering the entire group non-operated partnerships.
