I build great teams who build great products. The sector, the technology and even the specific nature of the customer matter far less to me than the organizational focus on understanding and satisfying users. I champion research, design and technical innovation all in service of that mission, and I find that teams who align around that focus achieve great results. Title is less important than charter and culture. Typically, I direct development, devops/test, product management, project management, etc. I've led 7-figure partnership conversations with Fortune 500 companies; targeted, driven and integrated tech-and-talent acquisitions; incubated new products for some of the world's largest media companies and most beloved brands; and utilized technology to enable new business models for existing product lines. But in any endeavor of any size, what is most important to me is understanding customers and delivering for business through that lens.
