As VP of Audience Experience and Technology at Livewire, I’ve had the pleasure of helping a diverse range of clients identify their core challenges and operationalize technology to move their organizations forward. It’s about integrating technology into the employee experience to elevate the human experience. Finding the perfect solution from the overwhelming choices out there. Making technology work for employees and leaders, not against them. No two projects have ever been the same. But when I think back to the moments we made the most impact for our clients, it always comes down to our ability to listen to their perspective and cut through the extraneous detail to focus in on what they want to achieve, why they want to achieve it, and which creative (and sometimes unconventional) solutions will get us there. By pushing technological and creative boundaries of what’s possible and making something meaningful happen in real life and in real-time, our clients get to see their cultures come to life — and being a part of that is something quite special.
