Bio

I’m in the business of impact. I believe that ambitious leaders who are passionate about creating impact at pace deserve a partner who can power them up to make it happen. I built my reputation on leading turnarounds, excellence hubs and fast growth markets in some of the world’s most challenging businesses. I made loads of mistakes. And learned fast. In turn, I realised that the holy trinity of creativity, commerciality and culture are the levers and route to creating impact at speed. I focus ruthlessly on them. And, I created an Operating System that underpins the platforms, tools and content that powers my clients. I continue to learn by working with ambitious leaders around the world and from my incredible network who inspire and power my thinking. I am also a co-founder, non-exec, author and global speaker - seeking to create impact wherever and with whoever I work. I was raised by my mum who worked 7 jobs to give me the opportunities I now have - as such, I mentor, coach and support those from disadvantaged backgrounds to help them create the impact they desire. I’m a provocateur. I always aim for simple. I ask stupid questions. I only work with the ambitious. I love what I do. Are you an ambitious leader wanting to create your legacy? Let me help you Unblock, Unlock and Unleash the impact you want to make…at speed. Stay Boom!
