Most recently at Truist, Scott assembled a one-of-a-kind organization to empower the culture of the entire company to innovate like never before. The enterprise team he founded/scaled includes Truist Ventures, the Innovation Foundry (Lab), and Journey Transformation, all anchored by the powerful influence of an Experience Design and Research team Scott centralized and grew by ~4x.
