My experience includes serving closely held businesses in the areas of financial and compliance auditing as well as agreed-upon procedures. I focus the majority of my work towards the affordable housing industry and has led audits for a wide variety of affordable housing projects. My expertise also includes cost certification audits, mortgagors and tax credits. In addition, I support the preparation of financial statements and electronic submissions to the Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC).
