I have lived with the long term chronic condition ulcerative colitis since 2008. I've used this experience as a patient and a web agency founder to create IBDrelief - a for purpose social enterprise to help people living with inflammatory bowel disease. I'm passionate about improving quality of life for patients living with long term conditions through better information and improved support to self manage their condition. My own disease is currently in remission through using this approach. I'm an experienced patient, advocate, entrepreneur, speaker and mentor.
