Bio

Sebastian Madden is PGI’s Chief Corporate Development Officer, and leads PGI's international cyber capacity building programmes. Sebastian began his career in the UK civil service working to coordinate, strengthen and resource national security, intelligence, cyber and civil emergency structures. He was promoted to the Senior Civil Service in 2001 and was appointed Chief of Staff to the UK’s National Security Advisor in 2002. From 2005, Sebastian worked as a strategy consultant, defining and establishing government cyber and national security structures and mechanisms for collaboration with industry.
