Entrepreneur with the primary objective of building TransPod as an alternative to the relatively expensive, slow, and environmentally harmful means of travel we have today. With the mission of creating a tech leader based in Canada, I bring more than 15 years of experience leading engineers at global transportation manufacturers, including Bombardier, Safran S.A., and Airbus Group. Proven track record of delivering change management and engineering projects; solid management skills, including managing international teams in challenging environments. Dedicated to leadership, people development, personal development, and self-awareness. My leadership principles are credibility, authenticity, respect, discipline, integrity, and enthusiasm. Competences: • People management/leadership: lead, develop and motivate people • Lean management: lead according to lean management principles. Develop, change and implement processes according to lean production principles (6 Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, visual management, etc.) • Supply chain management: establish and implement an end-to-end supply chain strategy (e.g. from supplier to installation location). • Project management: lead complex DMAIC & change projects at the cross-functional and cross-site level to improve Operational profitability (Profit & Loss).
