Serhii is an experienced multilingual lawyer with MBA, LLM and ADIT diplomas and primary expertise in international tax structuring and private law. Being admitted to legal practice in Ukraine since 2006, Serhii started his professional career in 2004 and worked for some of the leading international consulting firms including Baker & McKenzie, Deloitte, KPMG, BDO (head of Ukrainian legal practice, 2009-2012) and PwC Switzerland (senior manager at international private clients team, 2014-2019)
