My name is Shannon Lee, and I am a hardworking and personable individual with experience in technology development. I applied my motivational skills to my academic endeavors and have completed two Bachelor's of Science degrees from Georgia State University: a Bachelor's of Science degree in Biology, with a chemistry minor; as well as, a Bachelor's of Science degree in Mathematics, with a concentration in computer science. I feel this will be beneficial in my career goals of adding analytical value to DevOps. Throughout my years of undergraduate studies at Georgia State University, I have had the opportunity to attain valuable skills. I have learned how to implement and utilize bioinformatic tools to optimize research and statistical and numerical analysis via computational means. I have also developed analytic skills, via upper-level math courses, and computer science skills & languages, such as object-oriented programming languages (ie Java & python) and machine learning algorithms. As a Quality Engineer for Anteo Group (CSI Tech) consulting Chick-Fil-A, Corp., I had the opportunity to develop my computer science skills and gain experience in the tech development world as we worked in an agile/SCRUM environment. As Quality Engineer, I engineered/ maintained and executed BDD test case scenarios for a full-stack web application developed by CFA, as well as develop automation per test case via javaScript based Cypress automation. My additional responsibilities as QE include defect troubleshooting, maintenance, and tracking; as well as, assisting product owner on developing, organizing, and prioritizing Epic enhancements by inquiring from multiple of teams, at CFA and with NCR, requirements for said Epic enhancements. Prior to completing my degrees, I have learned time management, organization, personable skills via working in the hospitality industry. My motto is 'A person can create a good idea, but a group of people can create a great idea', and I feel collaboration is essential to derive excellent work. Lastly, I take pride in working full time and attending school full time as it allowed me to create an impenetrable work ethic.
