I'm a full-cycle recruiter with a passion for startups, technology, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. After a few years getting to know my way around Chicago and learning hands-on about all the ways technology can enable small business growth via the residential real estate industry, I got my start in recruiting as a sourcer. I dug deep into creative research strategies to recruit passive candidates for software engineering roles, and got to work with several Chicago-based tech startups. Right now I recruit for Logiwa, a rapidly-growing warehouse management software company helping direct-to-consumer business scale their operations. It's exciting to help solve some of the supply chain and efficiency challenges facing the kinds of places I buy from. Outside of work, you can find me hanging out with my dog and 2 cats, spinning up some yarn or knitting a sweater, biking around Chicago, or practicing medieval longsword fencing with the Chicago Swordplay Guild. ⚔️ I also love the opportunity to present and speak with my peers, virtually or in person.
