I help organisation's achieve ambitious business goals through strategic, innovative technology with relentless focus on delivered architecture and high performing teams. I’ve built a successful startup from vision to outcomes and have a unique perspective on how to balance agility through innovation, with future proofed decision making. I’ve used the learnings from my start up experience in leadership roles to help organisations transform through a relentless focus on strategic outcomes, ways of working and building high performing teams. I’m known for my ability to take an organisation from grass roots or legacy ecosystem to a modernised technology architecture future proofed for adaptable growth, scale and innovation. A recent example of this is my current role where I’ve articulated and delivered on a three year strategic roadmap to achieve a digitisation of customer and employee experience through Cloud, development and testing automation enabling weekly releases, Omni channel experiences through CRM and digital infrastructure that saw real time data services and API first principles shifting access to information from 5-7 days to daily and shifting CRM from 48 hours to real time underpinned by 24/7 operations. To achieve these outcomes I’ve also created strong sourcing and vendor partnerships. An area I focus on is ways of working and how people, teams and organisations come together, are connected to a common goal to deliver effectively. One example of how I have transformed ways of working is to introduce annual and quarterly prioritisation in place of ad hoc immeasurable plans. Introduced a cadence of scrums and enterprise showcase to demonstrate transparency, buy-in and delivery accountability. Due to the effectiveness of the transformation in ways of working, I have been asked to speak in various local and global conferences. My architecture and strategic planning background serves as a real strength now that I am in leadership roles. I can effectively translate business plans into a technology strategy and empower leadership and boards in the role technology plays to provide an edge particularly through emerging themes such as Cloud, Data, AI/ML, and digitisation. An example of this is the awards we have been nominated for and also won as a recognition of being industry leaders through global technology platforms such as Adobe, Okta, Boomi.
