Shereen's passion is to empower people through education. She is the founder & CEO of BALINCA, which is an edtech company that teaches business fundamentals through games and simulations. BALINCA strives to transform organisations through improving employees' decision making by understanding the numbers behind the business. Previously, she was an advisor to the Minister of Economy in Saudi and before that she was a banker for more than a decade. Shereen is the first Saudi woman to hold an MBA from The Wharton School. Her interests are in impact -investing, finance & investment training & women’s empowerment.
