I've have worked as a software engineer, ML engineer, data engineer, team lead and now as an Engineering leader, with my total work experience being 8+ years. I'm passionate about creative engineering and data challenges, design to implementation! A topic close to my heart is also about people and career growth i.e. Coaching and mentoring people, strategic thinking, decision making, leadership and influencing. On the side, I love to read on psychology and work on mental health awareness and related everyday challenges.
