As a seasoned builder, operator, and leader with close to two decades of experience, I have a proven track record of designing and leading effective people, talent, and business operations that can scale alongside business growth. Early on in my career, I had the amazing opportunity to build out and lead the HR & Recruiting team that grew a company from under 100 to 600+ employees, directly generating revenue for the business. Since then, I have continued to hone my craft within people-oriented companies, leveraging my strong generalist background alongside my strategic and data-driven approach and coaching leadership.
