I am a compliance and risk executive leveraging my expertise and background to help empower women professionally and personally. I have over 20 years of financial services experience specializing in compliance and risk management. Currently, I am the Vice President of Consumer Compliance and the Head of Global Compliance for Affirm Inc., a leading financial technology company. I like to find creative ways to address complicated challenges both from a business and regulatory standpoint, while ensuring that the company remains compliant. On a more personal note, my upbringing, family, and work ethic also drive my desire to advocate for workplace fairness and equity and for everyone to embrace their true authenticity. As a member of Affirm's Diversity and Inclusion Steering Committee, I drive and influence key decisions related to the company's DEI initiatives, as well as workplace culture and psychological safety. Key topics from recent speaking engagements include themes for high-achieving women leadership, financial wellness, and fintech risk and compliance. I received my BA from Harvard University and hold a Master of Music from Binghamton University. Outside of fintech and compliance, I have a long-sustaining passion for music and the arts and am a classically trained opera singer and pianist.
