A dynamic, results-oriented leader with a history of executional success in a broad range of environments. As a partner at Texo Capital, a U.S. government designated Regional Center, my team and I educate foreign nationals about the EB-5 investor visa program and manage international investment funds. Texo Capital is authorized to perform an array of EB-5 related activities including pooling and managing EB-5 funds, originating real estate financial instruments (e.g., mezzanine debt instruments), structuring and negotiating financial transactions, procuring EB-5 compliant project materials, and conducting EB-5 Regional Center operational activities. As an attorney I practice law in the areas of corporate transactions and intellectual property. I'm also a patent attorney registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Registration Number 68,023 with proficiencies in managing patent portfolio development especially as relates to computer architecture software, information security, computer networks, artificial intelligence, blockchain, and other emerging technology segments. I've been a member of the NYS bar since 2010.
