I love digging into customer problems and identifying those light bulb moments with people – facilitating those ‘aha moments’ that change mindsets and open up new possibilities. My passion is all about helping teams and organisations figure out where they are, where they want to be, and then helping them get there. I am a Technical Director with experience in the full lifecycle of Innovation activities from strategy and road mapping all the way through to scale up and exploitation, to support organisation growth and diversification.
