I have a great commercial acumen to match my operational expertise and industry knowledge across the full range of verticals, having spent a lot of time building successful Private and Public sector growth strategies. I am also a Sales expert; specialising in Enterprise and MM. I spend a great deal of my time travelling and presenting within organisations, and enjoy coaching my team on sales strategies, tactics and models. I have consistently developed and maintained high performing, successful sales teams, and grown both revenue and profit margin substantially every year within the teams I have led. I have developed and implemented new processes, sales methodologies and training. I am a whiteboard and agile expert, and manage my teams with the ethos of visibility, trust and accountability - I encourage debate. I am technically sound and have frequently contributed to CX, EX and CRM debates and webinars online.
