R&D / CMC scientist and project leader with significant experience in people management, well versed in the discovery and development of complex biologic therapies from bench to clinic. Passionate about innovations in novel therapeutic modalities including the opportunities, challenges, and risks involved in the journey from start-up to commercialisation.
