Bio

I am an experienced leader and entrepreneur, with passion for business, innovation, learning and philanthropy. I have worked in marketing communications and media for more than 25 years including at IPG and WPP before joining Dentsu and Carat’s Melbourne business as Managing Director in October 2009. I was promoted to CEO of Carat Australia & New Zealand in 2013, and was proud to lead the team to become the number one award winning media agency in Australia. I was appointed CEO of Dentsu Aegis Network in 2016. I led the business through significant transformation and growth, with a goal to keep it at the forefront of the digital economy. I drove extensive organisational and cultural change, achieving continual strong growth for the business in a challenging market. Dentsu Aegis Network was recognised by RECMA as the leading communications group in Australia. I hold Business & AFA qualifications and have received a number of industry awards. Outside of work I love to spend time with my family, running, cars, travelling and have a passion for business knowledge and exploration. I am a strong advocator of diversity and inclusion in the workplace. A focus on the D&I agenda at Dentsu Aegis resulted in reforms such as an increase in parental leave entitlements and formalisation of flexible working arrangements and advocate group for LGBTI team members.
