Simon is the Founder and CEO of Enwealth Financial Services , having started it with just about Kes300,000 and now standing at Kes.85B in pension schemes assets under administration , trustee services and consulting within 12 years. With a team of over 50 employees spread in Uganda , Kenya and Mauritius , Enwealth has positioned its customer value proposition to achieve a lifetime of financial well-being and dignity for its customers through innovation and technology driven services. Mr. Wafubwa is a graduate of the University of Nairobi with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics (Actuarial Mathematics Option) and alumni of Stanford Seed entrepreneurship programme. He has a cumulative experience of over 20 years in the pension industry, having worked in various firms within the country and regionally in countries such as Nigeria, Tanzania and Uganda. A member of the Pensions Management Institute of the UK and holds an MBA in Strategic Management . He has been a council member of the Association of Retirement Benefits Schemes and also a Part time Lecturer (Pension Trustees Certification) at the College of Insurance (Kenya). Simon is married and blessed with two children He is born again Christian with a passion for market place economic empowerment and transformation through ethical leadership.
