Always part of international networks - D'Arcy, Leo Burnett and Y&R/VMLY&R WPP Group - covering mainly all industries and major brands like Telco/Vodafone, FMCG/Lavazza, Banking&Insurance/Unicredit - Allianz, Retail. Joined Y&R/WPP in 2003, moved to Vienna as EU Coordinator for Erste Bank over 8 Eastern Europe markets and then to Moscow as Intl Client Service Director on Danone and LGElectronics. Relocated back to Italy in 2009 as Client Director on Alfa Romeo dedicated unit, Pirelli, and with the Global Leader role on Barilla account. Nominated GM in 2013 and in 2015 CEO of Y&RItaly, in charge of both Milan and Rome operations. Actively involved in all WPP collaboration new businesses as pitch leader and in charge of 2 WPP clients, Lottomatica and Lavazza on a global level. Completed the agency digital transformation plan and ran the rebranding to VMLY&R end of 2018. Personally engaged in charity activities, supporting Aiutare I bambini aiming to help kids in very difficult situations and environment, and the European Cancer Institute. Member of the Milan Schools board against bullism and cyber bullism. Founder&Chairman of WPP Winspire, the next generation leadership initiative at its 3rd year of activity, focused on talent growth, diversity, inclusion. Solid partnership with Google and Facebook, Luiss Business School and member of IAA Italian Chapter.
