A results and team orientated financial services professional, with over 13 years’ financial services experience possessing highly developed skills in stakeholder management; governance; ESG and responsible investment; process generation and optimisation; risk management and risk assessment; compliance; operational due diligence; secretariat functions; reporting to Boards; legal; strategy formation and execution; policy and framework generation; and project management. With most of my career focused being surrounding institutional investments and working with Trustee Boards, I have a solid understanding of governance, financial products, asset classes, asset allocation, investment strategy, portfolio construction, transition, ESG and responsible investment. I have strong stakeholder management skills and build relationships and rapport quickly. I have demonstrated consistent ability to communicate with trustees, consultants, investment managers, asset consultants and other professionals at various levels to deliver on key initiatives.
