I was blessed with the ability to inspire and lead others. Every step of the way, I take the time to encourage team members' autonomy and independence, as well as to help them become the best version of themselves. When given a task, my primary goal is to add value by demonstrating dependability and accountability. I instill integrity and innovation by going above and beyond to exceed expectations by working smart while maintaining a positive and flexible attitude. When I'm not boosting workplace synergy, I'm playing professional basketball and working on my personal and professional development through reading and education.
