I've been an entrepreneur at CI&T for 27 years, actively building its cornerstones, values, culture, offer and value proposition, with a highly talented group of partners and friends, reaching our NYSE IPO in Nov 2021. I started as a software developer, the 5th employee, and nowadays I'm Partner, EVP, leading our expansion into EMEA, organically and through M&A, with a brilliant team on the ground and spread around our global delivery centres. In my background I bring a strong reputation in leading disruptive initiatives, acting as a LEAN DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION AGENT for big and distinguished brands, taking part in strategic missions which aim for exponential growth and impact for their Businesses and Consumers. It covers the instantiation of digital cornerstones, such as Client Centricity, Short Cycles of Business Impact based on Data, Lean-Agile, Experimentation Culture and Product Teams - mainly in the Financial sector. As a leader, I aspire to build more humanised corporate environments and collaborative management models and show the value of Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace, bringing business and social impact. Places where people can be who they are, developing themselves, their competencies and careers. In my journey, I've accumulated learning regarding Commercial, Delivery, and Customer Relationship. I'm a graduate of Computer Science at UFSCar and a master's in the same area at UNICAMP, besides being a mother of 3. Since April 2022, I have been one of the Independent Board Members of VIVO Telefônica, one of the biggest Telecom companies in Brazil, as well as a member of its Quality and Sustainability Board Committee. Independent Board Member with Unidas, a Brazilian rental car company, from Feb.2021 to Jun.2022, when Localiza acquired this company. I'm a Member of the Consultant Board of WCD (Women Corporate Directors) and Conscious Capitalism Regional for Campinas-Brazil. I'm also a Member of Itaú's (largest bank in Latam) Diversity and Inclusion Consultant Committee and Co-leader of CI&T's ESG Consultant Board Committee. Columnist for Meio&Mensagem, a well-known marketing and communication channel in Brazil, covering Digital Transformation.
