As Head of Venture & Growth Banking for SVB, I am so fortunate to work with the founders of the most exciting innovation companies coming out of the UK and Europe. These CEOs face the happy challenge of balancing the demands of rapid growth, internationally scaling teams, managing equity-raising and developing unique USPs. SVB stands alongside these companies as a true partner that uniquely understands the requirements of fast growing tech companies. We provide a wide range of banking services, from Venture Debt funding to Working Capital solutions, M&A funding and FX management. Like our clients, SVB is rapidly expanding in Europe and so I spend my time supporting my clients’ growth plans, welcoming new clients to SVB and liaising with our partners across the VC community. I am passionate about giving back to local communities and expanding the diversity of those in the innovation ecosystem. It is with great pride that I work with Career Ready, supporting Sixth Form students with a comprehensive programme to help them prepare to start their careers. We partner with companies around London and the UK to provide students with career mentoring, masterclass workshops and and summer internships.
