Currently I focus on data science initiatives for Netflix gaming. Previously, I led the data science initiatives on Netflix messaging and social media (TUDUM website) including experimentation, product data analytics, personalization/recommendations etc. Before Netflix, I was a senior data scientist at Microsoft where I led Windows and Edge Browser experimentation and product innovations. During my tenure there, I have led multiple high impact projects with groups of highly talented team members that have resulted in 5 scientific publications on online controlled experimentation. I enjoy leading cross-functional projects with stakeholders, providing guidance on product innovations with data, prioritizing high impact projects with talented team members. Outside Netflix, I also enjoy speaking at various data science summits, workshops and conferences promoting data driven culture and online experimentation best practices. My main interests are AB testing (online controlled experimentation), causal inference, quantitative analytics, machine learning, data science and optimization.
