I belong to a team of entrepreneurs and innovators at Cargill who strive to transform and innovate Cargill and our customers business models. In 2021, I founded Reskued in partnership with Google, a platform and marketplace with a mission to support food businesses work towards zero waste to landfill. Reskued works with large distributors, manufacturers and retailers to predict inventory at risk of becoming waste, and surfaces that to food businesses in the local area through a marketplace. Our goal is to leverage data and create connections that enable collaboration towards a zero waste world.
