I'm the chief evangelist of Object-Oriented UX, a methodology I coined and popularized in 2013 that capitalizes on users' mental models to create intuitive solutions for complex problems. In 2019, I created the OOUX Masterclass and Certification Program to share the full power of OOUX with UX designers, content strategists, PMs, and developers who want to level-up their complexity wrangling skills. I began facilitating one-week ORCA Sprints in 2022: in-person OOUX intensives for companies and teams. To strengthen the UX communities around me, I created the UX Hustle Summit Conference in 2018, hosted a year-long focus group for new UXers in 2019, and led the Atlanta branch of Ladies that UX for 4 years.
