Experienced 2x startup founder as CEO of The Garden and President & Cofounder of Multiverse. Previously GM EMEA Hired.com. Most recently EIR at Index Ventures. I have board experience as both a Director and Board Observer and actively angel invest in UK tech startups. I care deeply about people finding their passions and purpose, and about creating access to opportunity and social mobility. Identifying, inspiring and cultivating talented individuals and building exceptional teams focused on an impactful mission is what gets me up in the morning. That and my wonderful family!
