I run the research and advisory services at ULI Europe where I focus on developing and delivering original, objective research on a wide range of issues related to land use, climate change and sustainability, real estate development and investment, and the built environment. Prior to joining ULI, I headed up the World Research department at Savills as well as leading on the ESG research for the urban environment. I have over 12 years experience of research in real estate, covering all sectors and including two years in Sydney. I'm passionate about the environment and believe there's a huge opportunity within real estate to make a difference to the future of the planet. I regularly engage with the press, including The FT, The Telegraph and The Times, and TV and radio, including CNBC and Bloomberg Radio.
