Well recognized business leader, expert on fintech and digital transformation, pioneer in digital banking and highly experienced in retail business and technology. Having driven the development of the award-winning digital banking unit of the largest bank in Greece, as well as its expansion to South Eastern Europe markets and after supervising diverse digital transformation initiatives in various industries (payments, insurance, capital markets and healthcare), is now building his own fintech company to disrupt the European payments landscape. Apart from dozens of distinctions and awards given to products and services created under his leadership, has been awarded himself as the leader of the domestic market in Digital Banking (2011), has been granted the “Aspis” award as the leader in Digital Transformation in Greece (2018) and has been selected as one of the ''100 Greek Innovators'' (2021). A Computer Science graduate, possesses deep knowledge of both technology and banking, as well as a highly developed business acumen and a deep interest in top-class customer experience through digital capabilities. A member of the Board of Directors of several companies in Greece and abroad, brings along solid top management experience and insight on how to create and leverage strong results to serve a larger vision.
