Bio

DesCodeuses was born from my experience during my professional retraining in computer programming. I encountered difficulties and as I like to solve them, I created a training program that combines technical training and collective empowerment, for women from urban and rural areas who are excluded from this Tech universe. I worked in a local bank for 12 years. I left it to devote myself full time to the promotion of digital opportunities for us, women, from modest backgrounds in France. I believe in the economic and social change driven by women, in the essential role they have to play in the great digital upheavals. My influences : the pedagogy of equality, by isabelle collet, bell hooks, paulo freire, celestin freinet... My objectives : Acquire knowledge, exist collectively and singularly and learn with confidence.
