Possesses a diverse set of experience from management and process consulting, IT delivery and account management, automation and governance and risk and control oversight over emerging technologies. Served in advisory roles assisting clients to improve operational efficiency, formulate business strategy, comply with newer regulations including assessing risks and devising controls, perform large scale program planning and use data, analytics, robotics and AI/ML to improve business outcomes. Have managed a portfolio of up to 200+ consultants ($30M annual rev.) across multiple clients with revenue, profitability and utilization targets. In my current role at Citi, I am responsible for fostering the adoption of emerging technologies including Robotics Process Automation (RPA), Citizen Development using Low Code / No Code platforms, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) in a secure and compliant manner.
