I’m proud to be an accomplished people leader with experience managing teams across multiple geographic locations globally. I have a strong track record in enabling industry-leading innovations that deliver against organizational priorities and provide for future business growth. Together with my team, I am currently leading Advance Auto Parts through a large-scale business and technology transformation that includes creating strategies to empower Team Members, providing a best-in-class differentiated customer experience, and preparing the company to adapt to a changing technology landscape. Over the last couple of decades, I have been deeply engaged in building digital transformation of large companies across consumer products and retail. Significant focus in building new operating models, global talent, culture, process, data and technology modernization to enable this digital transformation. I believe that the human experience should be at the core of every digital transformation. I love working in technology because I am always learning and looking for new ways to bring digital solutions to real world problems.
